We manage the logistical details, from seasonal catering to the ambient lighting, allowing you to focus on your guests. For those looking to dry hire and bring a bespoke entertainment vision to life, our team is on hand to assist with the coordination.

Tailored Christmas Party Venue in London for Every Occasion

At Menier Venues, we offer a range of festive options to suit different celebrations and guest lists. Our three event spaces can accommodate up to 60 guests in the Penthouse, 60–100 in the Lounge with Garden hire, and 100 standing in the Playhouse, with a minimum package charge based on 30 guests.

Each package includes venue hire, WiFi, your chosen layout, a screen and PA system with two handheld microphones, together with crockery and related clean-up. Bespoke furniture, additional AV, staging, entertainment, décor and other third-party requirements can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Where unlimited house drinks are included, these are served throughout the contracted event hours and include house wine, prosecco, beer and standard soft drinks, with last drinks served 30 minutes before the end of the event. Cocktails, spirits, Champagne and premium wines are available separately.

Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed, and full payment made, at least 14 days before your event.

Sophisticated London Christmas Party Package: Celebrate in Style

Remove the complexity of organising your Christmas celebration with our all-inclusive festive packages, bringing together venue hire, food, drinks and the essentials for your event. Choose from the skyline views of the Menier Penthouse, the loft-style Menier Lounge or the characterful Playhouse.

All four packages include venue hire, WiFi, your chosen layout, a screen and PA system with two handheld microphones, as well as crockery and related clean-up. Additional AV, furniture, staging, entertainment and décor can be arranged separately.

House drinks include wine, prosecco, beer and standard soft drinks, served during the contracted event hours, with last drinks 30 minutes before the end of the event. Cocktails, spirits, Champagne and premium wines are available as upgrades.

Minimum booking: 30 guests

Evening events: 18:30–23:00

Festive Lunch – Full Day: 09:00–17:00

Included: Venue hire, WiFi, layout, screen and PA system with two handheld microphones

Final numbers & dietary requirements: Confirmed at least 14 days before your event

Payment: Full payment due at least 14 days before the event
